McChip-DKR has introduced a new tuning program for the Audi RS5. Dubbed the MC5XX package, the stage one variant includes a
supercharger, an intercooler and software optimization. While it costs a
whopping €19,999 it enables the 4.2-liter V8 engine to produce an extra
100 HP (73 kW) and 120 Nm (88 lb-ft) of torque.
The €23,999 stage two package adds a sports exhaust system and
additional software tweaks. Thanks to these modifications, the engine
develops 580 HP (426 kW) and 565 Nm (416 lb-ft) of torque - an increase
of 130 HP (95 kW) and 135 Nm (99 lb-ft).
Lastly, the €26,999 stage 3 package has a revised compressor ratio
which enables an increase in manifold pressure. This allows the engine
to produce 600 HP (441 kW) and 590 Nm (435 lb-ft) of torque - an
increase 150 HP (110 kW) and 160 Nm (118 lb-ft).
