DMC from Germany has come up with yet another styling kit for the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4. They decided the best way to celebrate selling their fortieth kit for
the Aventador would be by creating a new styling package. The first car
to receive the "DIECI" customization belongs to a client from Kuwait
who agreed to let DMC restyle the front fascia with a new spoiler sword
and front splitter lip which are both made from carbon fiber and fit
onto the standard bumper. This particular Aventador was also equipped
with custom side skirts, carbon fiber rear diffusor, as well as an added
tunnel system and a rear wing spoiler.
It benefits from DMC's usual LP900 power upgrade
for the Aventador which lifts output to 900 HP (662 kW) via optimized
engine electronics, new wiring and an electronic load pressure control
system. The vehicle is fitted with a titanium exhaust system which
weighs just 3.45 kg (7.6 lbs), making it a lot lighter than the stock
exhaust that tips the scales at 34 kg (75 lbs). Moreover, the overhead
throttle valves were replaced by 12 bespoke single-intake throttle
plates, while the injection nozzles, pressure modulators, fuel pumps and
fuel lines were upgraded.
DMC says the DIECI package won't be added to the tuner's catalog as
it will only be available to every tenth customer who wants to modify
his Aventador.
