FAB Design has released a follow-up to
its Emperor kit for the Porsche Cayenne bringing styling changes and
engine tweaks. This new program comes after yesterday's MP4-12C Spider Terso program.
The wide body kit includes a front spoiler with large cooling air
intakes, along with two ventilation ducts on the carbon fiber hood. The
wings and side skirts are now wider, while the carbon rear spoiler has a
built-in diffuser with enough room for the custom exhaust system
featuring four trapeze end pipes. Optionally available are carbon fiber
mirrors, diffuser and front lip spoiler which can be body-colored. The
entire styling package costs 16,490 EUR plus shipping.
In terms of power upgrades, the V8 engine of the Cayenne S Diesel can
get a 48 HP (35 kW) and 80 Nm (59 lb-ft) boost, helping the
high-performance SUV to reach a top speed of 257 km/h (157 mph) and
slash the 0-62 mph (100 km/h) time to 5.4 seconds. The additional
horsepower was possible by installing a sports exhaust system, air
filter and remapping the ECU.
A new wheel set consisting of 10x22 and 12x22 (front/rear) is
available, with Dunlop Sport Maxx 265/35 ZR22 front and 305/30 ZR22 rear
tires.
