Toyota Racing Development (TRD) has quietly introduced a new range of accessories for the 2014 Lexus IS.
On the styling front, the sedan can be equipped with an aerodynamic
body kit that includes a front spoiler, revised side skirts, a rear
diffuser and a trunk-mounted spoiler. Customers can also order a
four-tailpipe sports exhaust system and 19-inch forged aluminum wheels.
For improved handling, TRD offers underbody member braces, a rear
"performance damper" and a sport-tuned suspension with new shocks and
springs. The latter item promises to deliver improved ride quality and
better steering feel.
