Munich-based Print Tech has applied a complex body wrap on a Lamborghini Huracan that now has a flashy tricolor exterior.
Car wrapping isn’t exactly what we would call newsworthy, but from
time to time interesting projects catch our attention. The latest
example comes from Print Tech as the tuning and wrapping company has
created a rather special look for the Lamborghini Huracan.
This tricolor finish was obtained using a latex printer and as you
can see it features flames graphics with a brushed chrome surface. To
make sure the wrap is perfectly applied onto the car, Print Tech had to
take off most of the body panels. There are actually three foils applied
and a complete set costs $10,700 (€10,000).
Besides getting a new body finish, the Huracan has also been equipped
with a titanium exhaust system from Akrapovic with carbon fiber tips.
Not only is it 45.2 pounds (20.5 kilograms) lighter than the standard
setup, but it also bumps output of the naturally aspirated V10 5.2-liter
engine by 20 horsepower.
If the name Print Tech rings a bell, that’s because we talked about
the company before. Back in September 2014 we saw an equally spectacular
Huracan with a black chrome coat. A year before that, there was an Aventador featuring a matte orange & red chrome treatment.
