TOPCAR is presenting a wide body kit conversion for the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S that has also gained other extras.
The new aftermarket treatment has been dubbed “Stinger” and is
actually a follow up to other namesake kits launched by the Russian
tuner in recent times. This time around it proposes a wider 911 with a
redesigned front bumper featuring an aerodynamic splitter. Front fender
extensions are also part of the deal and are complemented by the more
musical side skirts and beefier rear fenders.
TOPCAR also installed a new hood on this pre-facelift Carrera 4S
and applied a brand new rear diffuser featuring a lacquered carbon
finish that blends nicely with the Agate Gray body paint. We could do
without the gold finish on those ADV.1 Wheels, but everything else done
to the car is subtle and classy.
These visual tweaks are matched with a more powerful heart as the
naturally-aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six engine has received a healthy
boost to 500 horsepower. We don’t know how much money TOPCAR is asking
for the power hike, but the carbon fiber body kit will set you back
$12,481 (€11,424). It would be nice if tuners would tell us how much
weight is shaved off after swapping the standard body panels with the
new ones made from carbon fiber.
